Houston Methodist, one of the nation’s leading healthcare systems and academic centers servicing the greater Houston area, partnered with Nordic to optimize their most precious resource: time.

The need

Houston Methodist’s IT team required more resources to serve their end users, deliver on process improvement projects, and tackle Epic quarterly upgrades – specifically integrated testing. A strategic partnership helped them ease their overall workload.

The solution

The project utilized managed services for technical improvements that allow for more meaningful patient interactions. By implementing best practices in reviewing, updating, and running integrated testing scripts, Houston Methodist experienced the following results:
